1) How do I make a purchase?

Kindly select your product from the Products page and proceed to checkout.

2) Can I pay by cash or bank transfer?

We highly encourage the use of debit / credit card for payment. However, if this is not possible, kindly select the option 'Contact Tempelis Team' upon Checkout and reach out to us for alternative arrangements!

3) My card payment is unsuccessful, what should I do?

Certain banks require you to obtain a one-time authorisation when making an online purchase. Kindly contact your bank's Customer Service to obtain the authorisation - more details in the Payments page.

In case of further issues, you may contact the Tempelis team and we will make sure your problem is resolved!

4) Will I get a confirmation of my order?

Definitely! You will receive a confirmation email with your payment confirmation and order details upon successful Checkout.

5) How will I receive my goods?

We currently offer two options: Delivery & Self-pickup.

Delivery is available for all districts. There will be a delivery charge, which will be waived for purchases above a certain value.

Self-pickup will be at One Riverside, B.S.B., on an appointment-only basis. Our team will contact you to arrange a time slot that suits you!

6) Is there a delivery fee?

Yes, if you opt for delivery there will be a fee depending on your district of residence. Kindly refer to the Delivery page for more information.

7) When will I receive my goods?

For Deliveries, we aim to process your order and get it delivered within 1-3 working days for Brunei-Muara, and within 3-5 working days for all other districts.

For Self-pickup, we aim to schedule your pickup within 1-3 working days of your order being placed.
